Shipping Information
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Our typical processing times for order processing and production are as follows:
- Orders with handcraft watch(es) typically take 3-6 business days to process.
- Orders with apparels and mug will take 2-4 business days to process.
*Production time may take slightly longer than expected during high demand season.
2. SHIPPING METHODS, SHIPPING TIME, AND SHIPPING FEE
Based on the product type and item quantity, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout. Available shipping methods with the specific shipping time and rates, will be displayed after shipping detail is added.

- Final delivery is often handled by the local postal. Actual shipping time may vary depending on its service.
- During peak seasons and periods of high demand, carrier services may require an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
We work with many carriers to ship the order, which depends on the shipment address.
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which depend on the shipping destination. For further information, please refer to your country's customs policies.
4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 03 hours after placing your order via support@dialcustom.com or submit a ticket at Contact Form.
5. CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order within 03 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
