Hey there! I'm Gary and Robert. We're the dudes behind Dial Custom.™.
I've been into watches ever since I was a youngster. Started out collecting all sorts of timepieces - vintage beauties, modern classics,... Along the way I picked up some watchmaking skills too, with ol' Rob here lending a helping hand on design. There were plenty of trials and errors—almost glued my fingers together a few times!
And that's what gave us the idea - why not share what we love with others? Help people create watches as unique as them. So that's how Dial Custom was born!
We wanted to creat custom watches that bring joy and connection, like the first custom watch I made for my dad. He's no longer with us, but our memories and those moments of his tears and smiles stay with us forever.
How watches are made
How Your Order Will Be Processed
After placing your order, you'll have a 3-hour period for any modifications or cancellations. During this time, we'll double-check your personalization options and get your artwork file ready for production.
1. Watch Face Printing
Your photo and personalization will be carefully carved and pressed onto the watch face. We use high-quality precision techniques to ensure a flawless finish.
2. Hands Assembly
After the glue on the watch face has dried, we’ll carefully assemble the hour and minute hands, and battery on the back.
3. Tempered Glass
Next, we attach the tempered glass using waterproof glue. Once it dries, we'll assemble the watch band to complete your timepiece
4. Packaging
Your watch will be packed into a beautiful gift box. Then we prepare the shipping label for pickup.
5. Ready to be shipped
Your parcel will be waiting for an international flight to depart to your location. During peak seasons, this might take a bit longer, but we'll send you tracking information to keep you updated.
6. On Its Way to You
Now, all you have to do is sit back and wait for your stunning watch to arrive. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!
