You can modify or cancel your order simply by sending your request via this contact page. Please provide all details for your adjustment and your order number.
Your order is only eligible to be modified within 03 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
For shipping address modification, additional fee may occur if your new address has an increase in shipping price.
- All orders are processed within 7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
- All orders come with a 7 day warranty against defects in materials and craftmanship. If you notice your product is delivered wrong or being damaged while delivering, please contact us at support@dialcustom.com and we will be happy to assist you.
