Recently, we have received an alarming number of reports from customers about a fraudulent website called HBDDF. This scam operation has been actively copying our entire design resources, creating a fake website that attempts to impersonate our Dialcustom business.

HBDDF is engaging in multiple unethical practices that put buyers at serious risk:

• Completely replicate our watch designs: They have entirely copied Dialcustom's original watch designs without permission.
• Create a fake website mimicking our brand along with others
• Unrealistic Pricing: These fraudsters are selling watches at half our original price, which is impossible for legitimate watchmakers to do.
• No email confirmations, no delivery attempts, no support.

When we tried to contact and confronted them about design theft, HBDDF responds in Chinese and refuses to remove stolen designs. Keep ignoring our legitimate complaints.

Protect Yourself! If you've encountered HBDDF:

• Do NOT purchase from scam website, number of people reported to us that they have not receive anything, don't risk your wallet.
  - If you've already bought a watch, contact your bank immediately to request a chargeback or dispute the transaction if you don't receive anything from them.
  - Warn other potential customers about this scam.
